I recently stayed at H.M. Hotel for a business trip lasting three nights. The location is fantastic, right near popular landmarks and shopping options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that provided a great night’s sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and I particularly appreciated the fast and reliable internet access. Plus, having a water dispenser with hot and cold options was a nice touch!

The only downside was the bathroom setup—no shower curtain, so it got a bit wet after showers, which wasn’t ideal. we experienced some noise from the lights in the hallway, but it didn’t ruin our stay. Despite those minor hiccups, we had a fantastic time overall!

The hotel offers quiet and spacious rooms with a study table and a large sofa. It is centrally located, within a 10-15 minute walk from Xin Zhiping principal residence. The hotel is adjacent to the train station, Cheng Huang Temple, the Hsinchu City Fire Museum, and the center of town.

The view from my room at H.M.Hotel was absolutely stunning, overlooking the vibrant city below. The large bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. The bus station right in front of the hotel made getting around convenient and easy.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the location being a bit far from the HSR station and railway station, and the pillow being too flat, the water dispenser with hot and cold water, good breakfast, and friendly staff made up for it. The spacious and quiet room allowed for a peaceful night's rest.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was very close to the train station. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and even visit nearby attractions such as the night market. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious. I enjoyed starting my day with a satisfying meal before heading out to explore.

I felt that some areas of the hotel could be improved in terms of cleanliness.
